DEFINITION OF TERMS

The Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is a public offer by the Seller, addressed to an indefinite group of persons, to conclude a contract for the sale of digital goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) under the terms specified in this Offer. Ordering goods on the website of the online store refers to the items selected by the Buyer from the available assortment when placing an application for purchase.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Buyer’s placement of an order for goods on the website constitutes agreement with all terms of this Offer. The website administration reserves the right to modify the Offer without prior notice to the Buyer. The term of the Offer is not limited unless specified otherwise on the website. The Seller provides complete and accurate information about the goods, including details about their properties and delivery terms, on the website.

PRICE OF GOODS

Prices for each item are indicated on the website. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the price of any goods before the order is placed. Payment obligations are considered fulfilled once the Seller receives the funds. Delivery costs (if applicable) are indicated at checkout or included in the total price.

PLACEMENT OF ORDER

Orders are placed through the website service https://checkvinapi.com. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate contact details, including a valid email address, for delivery.

The name, quantity, and price of selected goods are specified in the Buyer’s basket. Acceptance of this Offer is confirmed when the Buyer submits the order and completes payment. The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by errors in the email address provided by the Buyer.

DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS

After successful payment, the report will be prepared and sent to the Buyer via email. Delivery is usually completed within 24 hours, but processing times may vary depending on technical factors.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring their email inbox is accessible and has sufficient capacity to receive the report. If the Buyer does not receive the report within the specified timeframe, they should contact the Seller at support@checkvinapi.com.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if an error occurs in generating your report or if the delivery is unreasonably delayed, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
